adolescenseParents of middle school-age and older students, educators, school administrators, higher education professionals, business leaders, organizations, service providers, and students with disabilities are encouraged to participate in the "Let's Talk About Transition" community conversations throughout Minnesota this fall. Share your thoughts on improving transition services, employment, and post-secondary education opportunities for students with all disabilities
