Safe and Supportive MN Schools Act passed by Senate
On April 3, 2014 the MN Senate passed the anti-bullying bill, known as the Safe and Supportive Minnesota Schools Act. The House of Representatives, which passed a similar bill in 2013, will now have the opportunity to vote to accept the Senate's version, or to take the bill to a Conference Committee, where they will craft a new version that is acceptable to both houses of the legislature. Governor Dayton has indicated that he will sign the bill.
