Summer Social Skills
Thank you to all of our 2018 AuSM summer activity participants, educators, and volunteers! The 2019 AuSM Summer Activities catalog will be available in January 2019.
AuSM classes and activities offer low-stress, accepting environments that promote learning and growth while celebrating neurodiversity. AuSM programs are conducive to youth and adults who fall within the wide range of the autism spectrum. Social skills classes are staffed at a 1:4 staff-to-participant ratio.
AuSM Summer Activities and Class Registration Tips
AuSM understands that programming can be difficult to fit into a budget. A limited number of scholarships are available and waivers may be accepted. Click here for more information about scholarships and waivers. Certain classes and activities also may be eligible for payment by the Hennepin, Dakota, or Ramsey Counties Autism Grants. Contact AuSM at 651.647.1083 ext. 22 for more information.
AuSM Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation: If a class is cancelled or postponed, AuSM will attempt to notify you via phone, using the phone number provided with your registration. We also will post notice of cancellations and postponements on www.ausm.org.
Cancellation by program organizer: AuSM reserves the right to cancel a class due to low registrations or other circumstances that make the class non-viable. If AuSM cancels a class, registrants will be offered a full refund. If the class is postponed, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same class at the new, future date.
