April 24-27, 2019
The 24th Annual Minnesota Autism Conference is where we'll join our voices as a passionate network to connect and inspire innovation. Here, expert speakers, educators, professionals, caregivers, and individuals with autism have a platform to exchange knowledge and ideas with one another - all with the goal of enhancing the lives of those on the autism spectrum.
NEW VENUE! Minneapolis Marriott Southwest
5801 Opus Pkwy.
Minnetonka, MN 55343
AuSM wants to make the Annual Minnesota Autism Conference available to as many as possible. If you need financial assistance to attend please click here to download an AuSM Scholarship Form.
Why a new venue?
AuSM’s events and leadership team spent a great deal of time researching appropriate venues for the conference, taking into consideration accessibility, space for growth, hotel location, venue costs, parking costs, and more. As we considered venues closer to AuSM/St. Paul/Minneapolis, we learned that higher venue costs and parking costs would lead to difficult financial barriers for community participation. We selected the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest because it best meets all of our venue criteria considerations, and will help us maintain registration rates without adding parking cost. All sessions will be located on the main floor along with resource tables, the AuSM Bookstore, and a quiet room. This venue also offers larger session space, hopefully allowing more comfort for all participants. And, the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest offers access to public transportation as it is near transit and bus lines.
