Breakout sessions will be delivered at a specified time to a live audience through our virtual platform and will last one hour each. Sessions will be scheduled throughout the conference dates, April 21-24, 2021. We do not offer an honorarium nor cover expenses for breakout session presenters. Participants of the conference appreciate clear topic descriptions of what to expect during your session. If selected, your presentation must be consistent with the description provided in your proposal.
Presenters who plan to watch other sessions offered during the event must register for the conference. A discounted registration cost of $165 will be available to those presenting in our 2021 virtual conference (this rate does not include the pre-conference workshop).
Breakout presentation proposals are due by Friday, Nov. 13, 2020. Submissions must include an e-mail address as you will be notified by an e-mail message by Dec. 18, 2020 whether or not your proposal is selected.
