Camille Brandt

Dr. Camille Brandt is an Associate Professor in Special Education at Bemidji State University, Bemidji, Minnesota. She has served as a new teacher mentor and as an autism consultant in various local and state roles. Dr. Brandt writes and presents on topics of early education and autism, specifically on strategies that support young children within inclusive environments. She will be speaking at the OCALI 2024 conference in November, and will be speaking at the American Montessori Society Annual Conference in spring of 2025 on topics of early intervention environments and autism. She chaired and presented at the Paris Conference on Education on early childhood education teaching and learning strategies for young children with autism specifically served within Montessori-based classrooms. She is the recipient of the 2024 Margaret Burley Impact Award for service to people with autism.
