A discussion on Competitive-Integrated Employment (CIE). Peer mentors will share their personal stories on achieving and maintaining employment and encourage professionals, families, and individuals in pursuing CIE. We will discuss ways that people with disabilities are working to achieving fair employment for all. Additionally, we’ll explore the role of sharing stories and peer mentoring in informing and inspiring others.
