Private Screening of The Neuroverse at The Parkway Theater
On May 23 at 6:30 PM the Parkway Theater in Minneapolis will host a private screening of The Neuroverse, a ninety minute documentary of adults with autism who explain their journeys through youth and adulthood. These individuals include a Yale professor in anthropology, an engineering professor from Cal Tech, one of the young women featured on the show “Love on the Spectrum” and a graduate student in film studies at University of Edinburgh. This film includes researchers from UCLA and Johns Hopkins who discuss the neuroscience of autism. The film was made possible by a grant from the Ed Asner Foundation in Los Angeles.
