Creating Confident Travelers: MSP’s Approach to Airport Accessibility
Phil Burke, Assistant Director of Customer Experience at MSP Airport, will share how airports like MSP are improving accessibility for all travelers. He will highlight the Navigating MSP Program—which lets families practice the full airport experience, including boarding a plane—and provide updates on the new sensory spaces scheduled to open in 2027 and 2028.
