PDA Health & Wellness Conference
PDA Health & Wellness Conference
On Friday, September 25, 2026, PDA North America is hosting the PDA Health & Wellness Conference, a full-day virtual event exploring the overlapping medical and mental health complexities of being neurodivergent.
PDA-Centered. Relevant Across Neurodivergence.
While PDA lived experience is at the center, the conference has broader relevance for Autistic, ADHD, disabled, and medically complex people and their families, with conversations around chronic illness and co-occurring conditions, sleep and nutrition, sensory needs, mental health, nervous-system regulation, somatics, caregiving, and neuroaffirming healthcare.
Sessions include:
- Patrick Casale, MA, LCMHC — navigating chronic illness and multiple comorbidities as an adult PDAer
- Laura Hellfeld, Neurodivergent Nurse Consulting — Running on Empty: Sleep & Nutrition
- Stephanie Arias, OTR/L — Mapping Sensory Needs of a Disabled Nervous System
- Nyck Walsh, MA, LPC — Neurodivergent Somatics in Therapy
- Emelda “E” De Coteau — mindfulness and the caregiver experience
September 25, 2026 | 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT | Virtual
Registration: $125 | Financial assistance is available
We don’t want cost to be the reason someone who could benefit from the conference is unable to attend.
