Jam HOPE Foundation

Jam HOPE Foundation is a non-profit providing adapted and supported social, recreational, and vocational opportunities in the North Metro. Jam HOPE provides adapted classes through our Alpha Athletes program, offering sensory friendly small group and one-on-one instruction for youth ages 4-18 in gymnastics, dance, and ninja. We also offer fun social and fitness opportunities through community outings, field trips, and open gym, and playgroups for adult day programs, special education classes, and community groups supporting youth and adults with disabilities. Our Jam HOPE Café is a small coffee and smoothie shop opened as a vocational opportunity for teens and adults with special needs, serving families and athletes at our host-site in Ham Lake.

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, Seeing & Exploring Life’s Future’s (SELF)

At Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, Seeing & Exploring Life's Future's (SELF) school sexuality program — available through Minneapolis Public Schools since 1985 — has a new focus on inclusive and adaptable programming to promote healthy sexuality for students living with disabilities. Through this initiative, our trainers work closely with families, schools, teachers and staff to provide accessible, relevant and meaningful education for youth of all abilities.

Strengths in Motion

Strengths in Motion is a pediatric clinic located in Medina, MN. We offer speech, occupational, and feeding therapy services to children ages 2 to 18 years of age. We also offer classes to the local communities.

We Rock the Spectrum

We Rock the Spectrum (WRTS) is a franchise of indoor playgrounds and sensory gyms that offer safe and fun environments for children, teens, and adults of all abilities. WRTS locations provide a variety of activities, including open play, birthday parties, social skills groups, respite, and sensory integration services.

Gammelgården Museum of Scandia

The mission of Gammelgården Museum of Scandia is to preserve, present, and promote Swedish immigrant heritage and history. The museum has sensory kits for youth and adults available for use while at the museum. In addition, there are fidgets that can be checked out and used while at the museum.
