Bridging Hearts

We bring young adults with autism and mild intellectual disabilities out of isolation with social connection through a private online website and planned monthly events. We are a member organization and our age range is 19+. Our website member pages offer many features to support connecting with others. You can share pictures, write posts, blogs, create your own event, join clubs.
