BrightPath is a 245D service provider based out of West St. Paul. We offer a range of services, but our main focus is in-home supports by way of IHS w/training and 24hr Emergency Assistance.

BrightPath was established to enable individuals the freedom to pursue joy by providing quality home and community-based services for persons with adversities. We emphasize the benefit of self-determination so that each individual will have a multitude of opportunities to exercise choices to guide them on the path to maximum independence. We do so through embracing, supporting, and honoring each person’s individuality in a setting that is integrated in the community. Our promise is to keep the people we serve and their team of professionals informed to promote independence with person-centered data driven solutions.
