Christine Harris, MS, LPCC AuDHD – Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy and Wellness Center
If you’re here, you’ve likely been carrying more than anyone realizes—working harder to keep up, blend in, and appear “fine.” On the outside, you may look successful. Inside, you may be exhausted from years of masking, perfectionism, and repeated burnout.
Realizing you may be autistic, ADHD, or both often brings a mix of relief and grief. Relief in finally understanding yourself, and grief for the years you thought you were failing or not trying hard enough. These patterns weren’t personal flaws—they were natural responses to navigating a world that wasn’t built for your brain.
I’m a licensed clinical therapist and late-diagnosed AuDHD (Autistic & ADHD) adult. I offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy and psychoeducational courses informed by both clinical training and lived experience. I specialize in working with autistic and ADHD adults around anxiety, burnout, trauma, identity exploration, and self-understanding—always through a non-pathologizing, nervous-system-aware lens.
In therapy, I offer a space where you don’t have to explain, defend, or mask. Our work focuses on understanding your experiences with accuracy and compassion, reducing shame, and building a life that actually fits your nervous system and values.
I also offer self-paced online psychoeducational courses designed to provide language, context, and insight for experiences that may have gone unnamed for years. These courses support self-trust, clarity, and sustainable change—without pressure to perform or “fix” yourself.
If you’re feeling exhausted, confused, or stuck after years of trying harder, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken. You deserve support that respects your neurodivergence, honors your lived experience, and meets you where you are. When you’re ready, you’re welcome to reach out.
