Project SOAR

Project SOAR is a Community Education program providing social, enrichment and recreational programs for adults with developmental, sensory, cognitive and physical disabilities. The program is designed to enhance community involvement and promote lifelong learning. Classes are specially designed and adapted to individual abilities.
