We work with organizations and individuals to better meet the needs of neurodivergent individuals and leverage their strengths at work and beyond. We offer a number of services including workplace training/education around neurodivergence, consultation on neuroinclusion strategies, development of neurodiversity-related policy/resources/materials, neurodiversity inclusion and accessibility audits, neurodiversity ERG establishment and support, and liaison services for translating neurodivergent employee challenges into actionable strategies for improving organizational health. We also offer workplace neuroinclusion coaching for neurodivergent individuals and their colleagues, managers, and leaders – with the aim of better supporting neurodiversity at work to improve organizational health and reduce turnover, burnout, and absenteeism.
