Survey of African American Parents Views and Opinions on Parenting a Child with Autism
This survey is for Black or African American adults parenting a child, aged 17 years and younger, with a condition known as autism, or ASD. Some adults find parenting easy while other adults find parenting difficult or somewhere in between easy and difficult. The purpose of this survey is to find out your views on different areas of parenting a child with autism, or ASD, and parenting experiences. The survey takes around 15-20 minutes to complete.
As an incentive for completing the survey, you will receive a $20 Amazon gift card, if you are one of the first 250 respondents, for a completed survey. At the end of the survey, you will be provided with new link to enter your information in another form. Once you click on this new, one-time use only link, then, you will be taken to a separate form where you will enter your information. The information entered in the second form is not attached to your responses to the survey in order to ensure that your survey responses are anonymous. The $20 Amazon gift card will be emailed to the email address you choose to provide in the second form.
