Aaron Flicker PhD, MSW, LICSW (they/them) is a white, queer, trans, AuDHD leader who works to reimagine systems through equity, accountability, and community-driven change. With a background as a clinical social worker and evaluator, Aaron now serves as Deputy Director for Integrated Population Health at the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Their work focuses on reducing disparities, building culturally responsive care systems, and creating space for community-driven solutions. Aaron is passionate about reshaping leadership models that recognize neurodivergence as a strength for innovation and transformation. They believe diverse leadership isn’t just valuable, it’s essential for creating the futures we all deserve.
