Nicole is the Lead Instructor with the College program at the Minnesota Independence College & Community (MICC) in Richfield, Minnesota. MICC is a vocational and life skills training program for autistic and neurodivergent young adults, with a three-year apartment living college program. Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice degree from New Mexico State University and worked in the New Mexico Judicial System for over 9 years.  Nicole specializes in person-centered planning, curriculum development, and independent living skills instruction.
