Olivia Lape is an autistic professional and the Peer-to-Peer Mentor Program Manager at The Arc Minnesota. This program is dedicated to providing support and guidance to individuals navigating employment options and competitive integrated employment (CIE). Through her background as a teacher, she has supported individuals as they transition from school to employment. She also has personal experience supporting family members in achieving and maintaining CIE. She is passionate about ensuring people with disabilities have access to meaningful work in inclusive environments.
