Sleep Well: Tips and Tricks for Effortless Sleep

In this presentation, we will talk about how sleep works, how sleep challenges often perpetuate unhealthy sleep patterns, and identify straight forward tools that attendees can use to build and maintain healthy sleep patterns, even in the face of multiple barriers. We will also discuss sleep challenges directly associated with autistic and neurodivergent folks and how to adjust common recommendations to be more specific to the neurodivergent brain.
