Jam HOPE provides adapted classes through our Alpha Athletes program, offering sensory friendly small group and one-on-one instruction for youth ages 4-18 in gymnastics, dance, and ninja. We also offer fun social and fitness opportunities through community outings, field trips, and open gym, and playgroups for adult day programs, special education classes, and community groups supporting youth and adults with disabilities.
