Family Achievement Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization who serves families on a challenging journey. That challenging journey may be a disability, mental health diagnosis or other special needs. Family Achievement Foundation’s mission is to provide love, connections and resources to families on a challenging journey. We offer FREE education events, family meet-ups, mentorship and Journey Awards.
