LSS of Minnesota

LSS provides Guardianship and Conservatorship Services to vulnerable adults who can no longer make the decisions necessary to care for themselves or their finances and who have no family or friends available to do it for them. With 37 full time staff members and 9 offices throughout Minnesota, LSS is the largest and premier provider in the State of Minnesota. All Guardians are National Guardianship Certified.

LSS also provides Pooled Trust Services as a way for individuals with disabilities to manage their financial assets and gifts in order to improve quality of life while maintaining public benefits. We work closely with families, attorneys and estate planners.
