Jam HOPE Foundation is a non-profit providing adapted and supported social, recreational, and vocational opportunities in the North Metro. Jam HOPE provides adapted classes through our Alpha Athletes program, offering sensory friendly small group and one-on-one instruction for youth ages 4-18 in gymnastics, dance, and ninja. We also offer fun social and fitness opportunities through community outings, field trips, and open gym, and playgroups for adult day programs, special education classes, and community groups supporting youth and adults with disabilities. Our Jam HOPE Café is a small coffee and smoothie shop opened as a vocational opportunity for teens and adults with special needs, serving families and athletes at our host-site in Ham Lake.
