Located in Shoreview, MN, Enrich Inc. is a small, family-owned and operated provider that has been proudly serving disabled adults since 1990. We are committed to creating a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for each of our residents.

Our Respite Programs:
3:1 client-to-staff ratio – Three bedrooms available
2:1 client-to-staff ratio – Two bedrooms available
1:1 client-to-staff ratio – One bedroom available

We specialize in working with individuals who have mild to moderate behavioral and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) needs, ensuring personalized care and attention.
Engagement and Activities: At Enrich, we believe in keeping our residents active and involved throughout their stay. We offer a wide variety of activities and events designed to align with each resident’s interests:

Activity Closets: Stocked with games, coloring materials, puzzles, crafts, video games, books, movies, and more.
Exciting Outings: Residents enjoy an array of outings such as dances, plays, movies, bowling, nature walks, campfires, trips to the zoo, sporting events, and more.
Dedicated and Trained Staff: Our staff is highly trained and committed to ensuring that each resident has a fulfilling and enjoyable stay. They take great care in creating an atmosphere that fosters both fun and personal growth.
Tailored Planning and Communication: We plan activities based on the individual interests of each resident and send weekly emails to keep the team informed of the upcoming plans, staff schedules, and friends staying with us.
