Sponsor a Participant to Attend the Summit

Provide scholarships to allow local autistic adults to attend the Summit. Each scholarship is $35. Please list the number of scholarships you would like to sponsor.

Price: $35.00

AuSM is providing the option to add on a boxed lunch to your sponsorship for an additional $12. If you do not add on a boxed lunch, you will be responsible for bringing or ordering your own lunch during the day. Please indicate the number of boxed lunches you would like to order. If you don't want to order any, leave this field blank.

Each lunch includes a sandwich, fruit salad, potato chips, cookie, and bottle of water. You will have the choices of turkey and swiss, ham and swiss, seasonal vegetable and swiss, or caprese.
